AN 0RDIN.~NCE, levying special and general municipal taxes
against all thetaxable property of 'the City of Bre~erton, For the year
1912 and approving the assessment roll, as made by the County Assessor
of Kitsap County.
The City Council of the City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Nine (9) mills tax, amounting to $23572. 24
for municipal purposes be and the same is hereby levied against all the
taxable property situated in the City of Bremerton for the current year
1912, the same to be carried on the rolls and collected by the treasurer
of Kitsap County.
Section 2. That one (1) mill tax, amounting to ~91~.47 for
Park Fund purposes, be and the same is hereby levied against all the
taxable property situated in the City of Bremerton for the current year
191S, the same to be carried on the rolls and collected by the Treasurer
of Ki~sap County.
Sectio~ 3. That one mill tax, amounting to ~912.47 for Library
Fund purposes, be m~ld the same is hereby levied against all taxable p~op-
erty situated in the City of Bremerton for the current year 1912, the
same to be carried on the rolls and collected by the trasurer of Kitsap
County.
Section 4. That the assessment roll as made by the County Assess-
or and reviewed by the County Co~mnissioners of Kisap Co~mty be and the
same is hereby approved as the assessment roll for the levying of municipal
taxes for the City of Bremerton.
Section 5. That this Ordinance sh~ll be in full Force and effect
from five days after its passage and publication.
