AN ORDINANCE repealing ordinance No. 424 of the City of Bremerton.
The City Council of the City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That 0rdi~nce No. 424 of the City of Bremerton, pass-
ed by the City Council on the 19th day of August,1912 and~entitled "An Ord-
inance ratifying and confirming a loan of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000)
authorized by a special election held ia the City of Bremerton on the sixth
day of December, 1910 under and in pursuance of Ordinance No. 373 of said
City, directisE the issue of bonds therefor, providing for the form and de-
tails of such bonds, providing for the delivery of such bonds and providing
for the payment of the principal and interest thereof," be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and,effect
from five days after its passage, approval and publication.

1912.
