several lots, tracts parcels of lo.~ and other property as shown on said
roll, establishing a Local Impl~ovement Fun~, and fixlug a date for the iss-
uance of boi~ds.
The City Core,oil of t~e City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That tho assessment and assessment ~'oll of Local
Improv~::;ont Dis~rict No. g6, fo~. the improvement of Washington Avenue and
Freest Ztreet to the present -'anhole at the intersection of Pacific
and Washi~gton Avenue, by laying tho~ein a sewer and by doin~ such other
and gu~'t~,er work as may be necessary i~ con~ction therewith, under 0rd-
it~.ance ?lo. 41~ as the same now stands, be, and the same is, hereby in all
things approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That eact~ of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and
other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially
benefitted by said improvement i~'~ at least the amount char~ed against the
sa e an~ that Lt~ assessment appearing against the same is in proportio~-~
to t!~ ~everal assessments appearing upon said roll. Thez'eis hereby
levied and assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel of land and other
propert)f appear!~ upon such roll the amou~t finally charged a~alnst the

Section 4.. That the 7th day of October 1912, is hereby fixed
as t~-~e date of issue of the bonds required to be issued on aceount 0f this
improvemeflt
Section 5. ~hls Ordinance shall be in full foroe and effect
from five Jtays ,,~fte~, its passage, approval amd publication.
Passed by the City Council and approved by me this 26th day of
