Se~. l~ That it shall be unlawful for ahy pez'son owning prope ty in the
Oity of Br~ne:~ ~on to have or maintain dirt, refuse matter, or any othez' thing in
such a maturer on his said .i~rop,~ ty that the same shall be ,or will from time
to ti,~e f~-,.ll upon or acc~ul~,.te upon the sidewalk infront of such p~'emises.
Sec. ~. In ali cases where amy dirt refuse ~atter, or aoc~zuulation shall
fall upoa o~' be upon ~he sidewalk in front'of any premises in the City of
~ it shall be ~he duty of the owner of s~id p~'emises to clear .~nd keep aud maintain
the sidewalk in front of s id premises clear of such acc~um~lations at all timely.

:~or p,~rmit~i~g dirt, refuse ma~e~ or acc~unulat~ons to be ~ remain on any
~ sidewalk abbutting on p%'emises owned oy Such person shall be guilty of misde-
~;~meanoz' and upon convictioh thee'eof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding
~:~Venty (~2<~.00) Dollars, or i~prisonment as provided by law.
Sec. 4. This sahll be iu full foz'ce and effect from five (5) days after
