~ 0~INANCE relating to the mariner of and the terms for the payment of
liqour licenses in the City of Bremerton, for the year 1912.
The City Council o~e City of Bremerton do or~&~, as. iollows:
Sec. 1. That all~iqo~r licenses authorized and granted by the City of
Bremerton, during thwartly, may be paid by the parties ~btaining such liqour
license under the ~l$~.~Ue~s and conditions:
Cash, s~~un:~eVg00)~ dollars and the balance to be ~aid tn slx {6)
monthly instal~l~ent~/of/th~ee hundred ~300)dollars each. ~or:all said monthly
ins~allme~t~/~itnsee to give his~promissory note bearing interest fro~ thel\\ //_/_
date of i~hanc~ of/his license until Daid at the rate of seven ~7) per cent per
annlk~ ~
Sec. 2. All such notes shall c~ntain a proviso that in the event of the
failure of ~e said payor to promtly pay any one of said notes and the interest
thereon at maturity, that in such event, all of the ~paid notea of the same
series shall be due and p~yable at once and that the license granted and the bal-
ance of the payment, for which the said notes where executed, shall thereby become
forfieted and ~old.
Sec, 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from five
days after its passage, approval and publication.
