The City 0ounoil of the 0i~y of Bremer' do ordain as follows:
Sec. 1. That all ~r~ts issued b City of Breme~ton against any of
the funds of the City of ~re!~i.~rton, unl~ ~ therwise provided~in the body of
such warrant or warrant~._s~hall bear in~ ~r st at the rate of Seven per centum
