Sec. 2. The compe~sation of all o~,her officers an~ employees of the city
shall be as heretofore fixed by the City Cou~cil.
Sec. 3. Ail ore, ink, rices or parts of ordinances inco~sistant with this
ordinance, are hereby repealed.
