No. 51,~tm~er Ordinance No. 4~ providin~ for ~he improvement of ~he following
descrSbed' s~ree~s, ~owi~:
Bo~mded on the No~th by Ninth ~tree~, on the south by Sixth Street
on th~ east by Pacific Avenue and on the west by Park Avenue;Seventh Street '
from the west margin of Park Avenue ~o the eas~ margin off Warren A~nue;
Eighth Street from the west margin of Park Avenue to the east margin of Warren
Avenue, and Union S~reet [also known as Jaoobson Street) from the wes~ margin
of Park Avenue to ~he east margin o l'farren Avenue, by clearing, grubbing,
gradimg, sidewalking and guttering the same,except the alleys, which are only
~o be~cleared and graded to ma]~e ~hem sufficiently passable for te~s, and
doing~such o~her work as is necessary in connection therewith for ~he completion
6f said improvement in a wor]~anlike manner, and levying and assessing ~he
