following described streets, to-wit:
Chester '~treet from the south margin of Second Street south to the
N~vy Yard fence, on the wes~ side thereof, by constructing on the west side
of Chester Street be~ee~ ~he abo~e n~med ~erminals, a wJoden sidewalk, of
_ the width of five [5) feet, and doing such other work as is neceSsary in con-
nection thermvi~h for the completion of s~id im!~rovemen~ in a wor]~anlike man-
~er, and levying and assessing the ~o~mt thereof against the parcels ~nd tots
~f ~lands,and parts thereof between the termini and within the ter~ini and with-
in the bo~mdary of such said street and othSr ~' - ,

The City Council of the Oity of remer~on do ordain as follows:

said assessment is especially benefitted by said i~provement, and there
hereby assessed aEainst each ~..arcel of land, or part thereof, and all other
property contained and embraced within said improvement di~tric~, as
on said assessment roll, the respective amo~n~ts in ~-;aid roll set agai~t each
piece, parcel or lot of land., or portion thereof, and other property betvgeen
