That ~he follo~.Ting descTibed streets in the City of Bren~rtot'~, to-wit; Broad,ray frown Eighth Street north to its intersection with Evel~ Street; ;Tarren Stree~ from i:[inth Strut 'north to its intersec- -rich with g'~el~ Street; Evelyn Street from Warren Street west to Broadway; Ninth Street from ~/arren Stree~ wes~ to Broadway; by gra~ing,sidewalking, on bo~h sides with five [5) fool; co~cre~e sidewalks, ~ttering w'it;~ a wood- en c~'b a~d g~ttter' on both ~des, and doing such other work as ~y be ~ound pro2er, convenient ~nd necessar~ for t~e comple~ion of sa. id impro~-ement in a ~vor~nanlike ~:~m~n~r, in accoraan~ v~th plus ~d specifications prepared, or ~o be prepared, ~n~der directi~of the City ~ineer and on file in his o~'fice and in the office of the~ity Clerk of 'th~ City of Bre~,~erton. Sectioh2. That the entire cost and expense of Said i~nprovem~t includin~ all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne be ~.d assess- ed in the assessment district hereinaffte~~ ~reate~, in accordance with the la~]s of ~he State of ~'tas~i.ng~on. The: in the event ~innie Deitz sh~ll well and truly perform the terms and conditions of her contract made and entered into with the 0ity of 3re~erton for the ~provement of ~e portion of said street or streets, ~venue or avenues pas~_~in~ through or over her pro~)erty within the time ~pecified in said contract t~'- ~ ~e~efor, then the property o~' s~i~]. ]iinnie Deitz ~.~.h~ll be exempt from any part or ~ortion of the co~t ~.~nd exp(~nse the i~provement of s~id streets or ~venues, otherwise said Cit~F of Breme~.'ton shall be permitted ~o proceed with said ~nprovement and to finish the under the term~ of this 0r~inance.
