manager ~herefor, and penalties for the violation of any of the provisions

The City Co~ci! eT the ~ity o~ Dremerton do ordain as foll~ws:
Sec$ion 1. There is hereby created a public market, the same to
l~cated a~ such place as the 0ity Cmmcil of the City of Breme~ton may be res-
01ution designate~ the s~ue a~ present being located, by such resolution, upon

Section 2. The ~.~ayor, be and with the consent of the City Council
:-,shall have ~he power to designate some person whose duty it shall be to manage,

Section 3. i~o person or person, their agents or employees, other

orchard ,dairy or poultry products, shall be permitted to occupy said jmarket
or ~ny part thereof.

ffirst secire permission therefor from the manager of sai a~d pay in
advance any and all fees and charges due, or to become ~d-agree
