ton, by the Board of Sta~e Land Coum~issioners.
The Cit~.'. uoun~zl '~ ~' of the.City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
.~ecbio~ 1. That ~he plat and dedication of ~he streets, alleys,avenues,
publi3 ways aud public waterways heretofore made by the Boae~ of State Land Com-
missiouers, ~s 9he s~%me is now on i'i!e i~ the office of the City 'Engineer o¢
the City o~' Dremerto~ ~d of the County Auditor of l~its~p County, ~Jashington,
and of ~he Board of S~ate L~md Co~m,~issioners in the City of Olympia, %~;ashin~'ton,
except as ~he same ::~ay hereafter be modified and enlarEed by said Board of
State La~d Commissioners, be', and the sa~e is, hereby approved and r~dopted as
thg public streets, avenues, alleys, public way and '~)ublic waterways of said
City, and shall '['ore~?er be held open to the use of the publ%c as such.
Section 2. That the }~ayor and City Clerk 0f ~he City of Bremerton
~re hereby ..ins ~ruc ted to certify and transmi~t to the Board of S~ate Land Corn- ' ~
missioners, a duly cez'tified copy of $~:is Ordinance in due form~of law. ~
