roll of Local Improvement District No, 59, for the inprovement of certain ~tree
and avenues in 'the City of Bremerton, by constructing and laying auxiliary
Water mains thereon and therein for the protection of the property in the
City of Bremerton from fire, nnd such other work as may be necessary in
!il connection therewith, etc. under Ordinance No, &g0, and. levying and ~}ssess-
lng the amo~m~s thereof against the sever~'~l lots~ tracts and p~rcels of
~: land, and other proper~y as shown on s~i:! roll, and establishing the local
~ improvement funds.
~ ~' BE IT 0~[DAII,F~D by the City of Bremerton, as follows:
Section 1. .That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Imp-
· rovement District No. 59 for the i~:~provement of ~ront Street from the Navy
· Yard gate to near ~he southwest corner of Washington and ~ront Street; Pac-
'!'ific Avenue from the intersection with Pront street to Pourth Street; Bur-
.i well .~treet from near 'the .~outhwest ~orner of Pacific Avenue and. Burwell
':'! Street, and near the southwest corner of Burwell Street and i~'iashzngton Ave-
1~ nu~! by constructing and laying the'.~'e[n atuxiliary salt water mains thereon
and therein for the protection of property of the City of Bremerton :From
~ fire, and such otherwork as may be necessary in connection therewith, and
:~:~ certain other streets and avenues, all in the City of Bre ~ert~n, m~der
Ordinance No. 420, as same now stands, be and the s~.~me is, hereby in ~tll
· thin~s apb)roved ~.~nd ~onfirmed.
Section-~. Tha~. each of the lots, trac~s and parcels o~_ land
: and other property shown upon said roll is hereby declared to be especially
i' bene£ited by said improve~uent ~-~ ~d in at least the amotmt charged against
the same and th,,.~t the ass.essment appearing against the same is in proportinn
':' to the severa~l assessments' a~0pearing upon said roll. There is hereby
~ levied and assessed, against each lot, tract , parcel of land and other
proper:ty ap~eari.ng on said. roll the amount finally charged against the
'Sec~ion'Z. ~or the purpose of this improvement there is hereby
¢ created and est~blished a special fund to be called the "Local Imp:r'ovoment
~ufld, District N6. 59".
· Section 4. This Ordinance will take effect and ~ in full force
