Section 1. The Standard 0il 0ompamy, a California Cor-
portaion, having asked permis.~on to locate, erect, operate and
~i'~maintain, a warehouse, tankage, or both, on T, OtS four (4) and Five
(§), Block One Il), Bay View g. ddition'to the Oity of Bremerton,Wash-
intron, for the storage of petroleum and its products, and the same
ha'Ting been considored by the llity Council, it id hereby ordained
and permission_.i~_is hereby given and granted, ~o the Standard 0il
Com.oany, a California Corporal;ion, to locate, erect, o~erate and
maintain a w~rehouse, tankage, or both, upon ~ots ~our (4) and
Five (5), Block One (1), Bay View Addition to Bremerton,Wash-
intron, subject to 'provisions and condition~ of City Ordinances
governing the storage of ~petrolelm and its products within the
City limits.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect, and be in
force from and after five (5) days artier its passage, approval
and public~.~ion. Passed by the Co~mcil and approved by me this
