Section 1. ~e City Council of the City of Bremerton
may pass an Ordinance or Ordinances granginga permit or pernission to
~ny person, persons or corporation, licensed to locate any warehouse
oi' tankage for the storage of pe~role~ and its produots within the
Washington~ ana It shall be ~m-
City limits oT the City o~ ~emerton,
lawful for any person or corporation to locate any warehouse or tank-
age and it~ produots within the City liaits of ~he City Of Bremerton,
Was~ing~on without permission being first had fro a ~he Oity Counci~
of said City.
SeCtion 2. ~y person violating any of the provisions of
this Ordinance shall bo deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and .fined,
in any s~ not less than fifty dollars or more than .One ~iundred' Del~
la~s, and each day :~ny such location is used in violation of this
Ordinance shall be deemed a, separ~.te offence.
Ssction 3. ~'his Ordinance shall take effect and be
full foroe from ~nd after five (~) days after its passage, approTal
and publica~ion~ Passed by the Council and approved by me this
13~'h day of January, 191Z.
