~ectton 1. That there be and is hereby created an "Accideut ~und" of tl-~e
City of 3r~erton, o~t of which said f~.md all judgr,~ents obtained a~ainst said cit~
on acco~mt of personnel injuries sustained by any person shall be paid.
Section 2. When a judgment obtained agaiust such city on acco~ ~ peM-
sonal injuries suffered by any person has been duly certified ~;o the clerk of said
city by filing with sa~.d clerk a trausoript of the executio~-i docket of i;1,e court ]
renderinj such judg~uent, ~a now provided by l::~w, the said clark shall d~aw warrants
upon such ~ccident f~nd in favor of the Judgment creditor for the full amo~mt of
such Judgment, interest and costs as ~own by said tran~cript, ~pon the deliw.~ry
to said clerk of ~t written s~tis~faction o:f such judg'men~.
Sec2ion 5. The warrants p~'ovided for herein ~h~.].l be issued in denomina-
tions not less than one hundred doll~rs, excepting the last one, nor more than
five htmd~ed doll~rs; the said warrm'~ts s~,all be signed by the mayor of said city:
