AN ORDINANCE levying special and general taxes against all the taxable property in
the City of B-~-emerton for the year 1916, and approving the assessment roll as made by
the Colmty Assessor of the county of Kitsap.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF BPJ~L~RTON DO ORD.~IN AS FOLLOWS:
Sec. ~l. That a twelve (12) mill tax amounting to fourteen thousand five hundred
~hirty-five and 86-100 dollars ($14,535.86) for the current expense f~md for munici-
pal purposes be, and ~the same is, hereby levied against all the ~axable property
situated in the City o£ Bre~erton for the current year of 1916, the same to be carr-
ies on the rolls and collected by the Treasurer of Kitsap coln~ty.
Sec. 2. That a six mill tax amo~mting to seven thousand two hundred sixty-seven
and 9Z-100 dollars ~$7,267.93~ be levied for the indebtedness fund for municipal
purposes be, and the s~Ge is, hereby levied against all taxable property situated in
the City of Br~merton for the current year of 1916, ~he same to be carried on the
rolls and collected by the treasurer of Kitsap country.
Sec. 3. That a two mill tax amounting to two thousand four hundred twenty-two
and 64-100 dollars ($2,422.64) be levied for accident f~uud purposes be, and the same
is, hereby levied against all the t~xable property situated in the City of Bremerton
for the current year of 1916, the sa~e to be carried on the rolls s~nd collected by
the treasurer of Kitsap county.
Sec. 4. That t~e assessment roll as made by the co~mty assessor and reviewed by
the co~mty co~mnissioners of Kitsap co~uut~ for the year 1916, be, and the same is,
hereby approved as the assess~ent for the levying of municipal taxes for the City
of B~emerton for all purposes.
Sec. B. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days from and
after its passage, ~p?roval and publication according to law.
