~~S, a petition has heretofore been filed, with the City Co,mci]. for the vaca-
tion of the above described alley, and
~!ERF~S, the said petition was si~ed by the owners of more tb~ two-thirds of
the private property abu$~ting upon said alley, and
~:~AS, the co~cil has'heretofore fixed a time for the hearing of said petition,~
~ER~S, said ~o~meil. after due consideration, has determined to grant said pet-
ition; Now therefore
THE CITY COUN~IL 0~ TL~,~ CITY 0P B~¥~llTON D00llDAIN AS ~0LLOWS:
Sec. 1. That the following described strip of land, or alley, being described as
follows; That certain alley lying between lots 4 and 40 of l~ouis Looses' Addition to
the City of B~'emerton, Kitsap country, Washington, and r~mning the entire length of
said lots, to-wit: 101 feet East and ~Vest and 14 feet wide, be and the same hereby
is vacated.
Sec. 2. This ordinance ~hall be in full force and efffec2 five days from and after
its~assage, approval and puhlicati:on.
Passed by the City Co~mcil and approved by me this 10th~a~ April, 1916.
