disbur~ements from said Current Water fund in certain cas~s.
THE CITY COUNCIL 0~' THE CI ?Y O~~ SREI~RTON DO 0~AIN AS ~OLLOWS:
See. 1. That there is hereby created, and the Treas~er is hereby instructed
~o enter on hia books a special fm~d to be ~o~ as the Current Water
Sec. E. The Treasurer of the City of Brenerton shall hereafter credit to said
f~d the proceeds of the sale of certain water bonds authorized by the City ~f Brem-
etlon ~der Ordinance n~ber 518, and all the current revenues that may accrue from
~lme to time from the operation of the water works system ~'eferred to in said Ordin-
ance 518.
Sec. B. That all disbursements in connection with the operation and mainten-
ance of the said water works system shall be m~de by warran~ drawn agains~ the said
Curren~ Water P~d, exaep~ as may be hereafter specially provided for by the City
~ouno il.
Sec. 4. Upon the disposal of ~he U~ility Bonds aughorized by ordinance 518,
and the payment into said f~d of the proceeds thereof there is hereby appropriated,
and the necessary warr~ts shall be issued b2~ the l,~yor and Clerk therefor, such
s~ as shall by the court be awarded as the amo~t to be paid ~o the ~arrison-Pisher
Company f3r ~]mt certain water works system referred [o and fully described in said
ordinance 518, provided that such s~ so awarded bj~ the court shall bet exceed
9~0,000. There ts further appropriated from said f~d, and the ~,{ayor ~d Clerk are
hereby authorized to issue against said fund, without further delay, a warrant or
warrants in t~e aggregate sur~ of $S,750, being the balance due, exclusive of costs
to ~he firm of BryAn & Colvin, for attorneys fees in the litigation incident to the
acquiring of the said water works system.
Sec. 5. The said warrant in payment for the said water works system shall be
delivered by the clerk to the ~,[ay:)r who in turn shall deliver sa~ ~o the 8arrison-
2isher Comp,~my upon receipt of a ~eed properly ac~owled~ed and duly approved by
~he (~ity Attorney af the City of i~remerton, conveying the said water works system
and all the land, franchises and things appurtenant thereto to the City of Bremerton.
All in ac~ord(~nce with the final decree of ~he court in the said matter.
See. 6. This ordinance shall be of full force and effect from five da~s after
its passage, ~pprov~l and publication.
