s~ecial assessments upon the property in s~id district abutting ~pon ~r contiguous

aec. ~. ~hat there i~ hereby established and created a Local Im~,rovement
~is~rict to be called "Local Improvement District No. 80" the bo~darie~; of which
district are hereby specified and described as follows:
Co~,m%encing at the North margin of ~ifth Street a~ tlc intersection of High
Street, thence east along Pifth Street to the center of Block l, of Pet~'r Hessers'
First Addition to Bremerton; thence North alone the center line of said block to
the Sou~t~ margin of Sixth btreet, ~hence %~/es~ along thee Scuts margin of Sixth S~reet
to the intersection o~ liigh Street; thence south along }iigh Street to the Place of
beginning.
Sec. 4. That said costs and expense of said iml~rovements aforesaid shall be asse
essed against said-propersy included in said improvement district in 0roportion to
area and in accordance witt~ 'he provisions ~D section E of Chapter 168 of the Sess~o~
Laws of 1915,of the State of Washington.
Sec. 5. ~onds bearing intercept at the rate of ? ocr cent per ann~m payakle
on ~r before ~ years from ti~e dat~of issuance simll be issued in payment of tke cos~
and expense of said improve~:~ent w~ich bonds shall be redeemed by the collection
special assess~]ents to be levied and assessed upon the property ~vJthin sai'd district
payable in 5 equal installments with interest at the rate of ? per cent per annum,
the node of "pay~]ent of bonds" as defined by law and ~he ordinances of the City of
Brem~r~sn. These bo~ds shall be delivered to the Osn~ractor in redem'0tion of warrants
on the ~ocal ~mpr..Ve~]an~ Distric~ Pm~d issued on esti~a~es of the city engineer, o~
the city of 3~-e~;~cri;on ~.]ay at its election sell said bonds and make such redemption
in ~ ash.
Sec. 6. nzs ordinance shall be in i'uli force and effect five days from ~d
after its 0assage, appr.sval and publication.
