The city Council ,.~f the City of Bre~.~erton do ordain as follows:
Sec. 1. That Section S of Ordinance No. 5~ of the Oity of Brenerton, entitled

shall bear the lithogralfl~ed facsimiles of the si~atures of the mayor and cl~rk,
such facsimiles shall be to all intents and purposes as binding upon said city as
though the soup.ins bearing the same had been signed in the ~oper handwrit ing of
the mayor and ~lerk. ,The seal of said city shall not be affixed to said interest
