WHEREAS, thereafter on i[areh 15, 1917, said bonds were delivered a~d the inter~;t
ooupoils thereto ~ttached did not bear the facsimile of the sepal of said city, the same
having been through i.~advertence and micra]ce in the preparation of said bon~s omitted
therefrom, and

NOW, Ti~EEO~ORE, the Oity Council of the City of Dremerton do ordain a~; follows:
Sec. 1. That said bonds in the form in which the sa~ were delivered, and each

same are hereby in all respects fully ratified, confirmed and 8pprove~i and h.e~'el:y
declared to be valid tn all respects.
Sec. 2. This ordinance sha.lJ~ be in full force and effect five days after its
passage, approval and publication.
