point 14.21 fee~ south 45.00 minutes East of the southeast cornerof Lot l, Block 2,
of the orisim%l Town of ~retuerton; thence south 45.00 minutes ea?t along the no,th-
east margi:~ of Pront street,5S0.61 feet, to the Municipal '~imrf; thence south 45.00
minutes west 70 feet, to the southwest ~aar{Fin of Pront ~treet; thence.morth 45.00
minu~es west along said street ~rgin 33Z.88 feet to a point 14.00 feet, sout~ 45.00
minutes east of th,'~ northeast eorne~:' of Lot 14, Block l, of the original town of
Bre,.ner~on; thence in a northe'~.ste~ly direction 70 feet to the F~int of begin:~in.g;

wide, by concrete sidewalks each side 12 feet wide, by combined concrete curb and
gutters each side, by th~ neces~ary cone?ere retaining waI~l on the south and west ~td~
by grading, by reinforced co:stere arch culvert, by clearing, grubing, driviag piles
and re-planking, oy fender pila~ and all other necessary work to make said improve-
sent a cot,]plete Job, levying and assessi~g the anotmt thereof against the ~reels of
lots and l~d and parts thereof between the termini of such streets as,,shown by and
on s~d asse~;sment roll, and providin~ for the collection thereof.
Sec. 1. That the assessment roll for Lo~l Improve~uent District No. 77 foF the
improve?~ent of ?font Street by paving wi~h a one course' concrete pavement 4Z feet via,
by constructing conmrete sidewalks each side lB feet wide, by con~'~tructing a combined
and concrete curb ~.md outsets ea~n ~ide, a concrete retaining wall on the south ~d
w~s~ side, by ~radin~, by reinforced concrete ~rch culvert, by clearing, grubing,
driving piles and ~'e-planking, plaoi ~g fender piles and all othor necessary work to
make said impro~e~nent a complete job, according to plans and specifications on file
in ~t~e office of ~he Gity Clerk, a~d as provided by 0rdinan~e No. 5Z5 be an~ the sa~
is hereby approved and confir?~ed.
Sec. ~. That each parcel, piece, lot, or tract of land named in said assessment
roll is specially benefi~ed by said improvement, and there is hereby assessed against
each parcel, or lot of land, and part thereof, and all other property contained in
said improvement dt~trict, as shown on said roll the respective a~,mnts in said roll
set against each piece, parcel, or 1.~t of land, or part thereof, and other ~roperty,
between~he ter~.]ini o2 said i~prove~e~t abutting thereon, adjacent or proxi~aate to
said street, and such amounts are hereby declared to be a first lien against each sa~
piece, parcel, and l~t of land o~- part thereof, against which She same is assessed
in said roll.
Sec. S. x}m~ for the purpose of said i~]prove~}]ent ~here is hereby crea~ed and est-
ablishe,~ a special fund to be called" Improve~'~ent F~d District No. ';~," a,~d bonds
shall be issued to pay the costs thereof, the sane to be issued in serial mm]ber from

Sec. 4. T at the 20th day o~' June, 1917, is hereby dixed as the date for the
issue off the bonds to be issued on account of said improvement.
Sec. 5. k'his ordinance shall be in full force and effect from five {5) days after
its passage, approval, a:~d pu~l!~}ation.
