THE CITY COUNCIL O~ THE CITY O~ BRF~v~ERTON DO ORDAIN AS ~OLLOWS:
Section 1. That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, fir~,or corporation
to operate a motor truck in the City of B~emerton for the ~ransportation or delivery
of oo~odities, merchandise or products without first p~ying to the City of Bremerton
~an occupation license therefor as follows:
Under one -half ton capacity $~0.00
0ne-half ton and ~der one ton capacity 2~.00
One ~on and ~der ~wo ton capacity ~5.00
~o ~on and ~der three ton capacity 4~.00
Three ton ~nd over capacity 100.00
Seo$ion E~ That the occupation license herein provided for and the rate herein
se~ shall be an a~ual occupation license but may be paid q~rterly in advance.
Section Z~ This ordinance shall be of full force and effect from five days
after i~s ~assage. approval and publication.
Section 4. ~y violation of ~his ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not
le0s ~han one nor mo~e than One Hundred ~$100.00~ Dollars. or by impriso~en~ no~
less '~han one nor more than twenty days.
