The city council of the~city of Bremerton ~o ordain as follows:
Sec. 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to ~$~lode.~ave in
possession, or have for use or for ~ale, within the limits of the city of Bremerton
any fireworks of any kind, unless on a special permit of license granted by the
City Council.
Sec. 2. Any person v~olating this ordinance shall upon con¥iction be fined
in any sum not ~o exceed.fifty dollars foz each and every offense, or imprisonment
for ten days or both such fine and imprisonment.
~is ordinance shall be full force and effect from five days after its pass-
age, approved and publication.
Passed by the co~ucil and approved by the ~yor this 2~th day.~of June, 1918
