Section 1. It shall~unlawful for any one to throw,place or otherwise
caused to be thrown or pla~upon the public streets and public places of
Bremerton,paper commonly kno~ confetti,also paper streamers,or paper or
~f any kind used in t.~manner as confetti,or to threw or place
~ composition upo~e public streets,alleys and public
places in the city of Bremer. ton.
Section 2~. Any one violating the p~ovisi0n~ this oj~i~a~ ~llmobr~
than ninety days,or by both such fine and imprisonme~
