That ~he assessment roll for Local Improvement Dtstri.:~ number 80 for the improvement of High Street by grading, sidewalking, ~ttering, etc., according to th plans and specifications on file in ~he office of the City 01erk znd as ~ovided by 0rdinanoe I~nber ~6~, be and the sa~ze is hereby approved and confirmed. Sec. E. That each parcel, piece lot or tract of land n~med in said assessment rolo is specially benefitted by said improvement, ~d there is hereby assessed against each parcel, or lot of land, a~d part thereof, and all.ether propert~ contained in said improvement district, as sho~ on said roll the respec~iw~ ~oun~s in said roll agains~ each piece, ~rcel, or lo~ of land, or par~ thereof, and other proper~y, between the termin& of said improvemen~ abutti~ thereon, ~Jaoent or proximate s~reet, and such amounts are hereby declared to be a fh-st lien against each said piece, p~rcel, and lot of land, or part thereof, against which ~he s~e is ~ssessed ~in said roll. ~ec. ~. That for ~he ~os~ of said improvement there is hereby created and est- ablished a special f~d to be called "Improvement Fund District N~nber 80 and bonds shall be issued ~o pay the costs thereof the mama ~o be issued in serial n~ber from eno to both inclusive, or so many thereof as may be necessary to ~'ovide for th~ ~ooll~portion of said special assessment due or owinE in said district on said date, the same to ~e in s~e of one h~dred ($100.00) dollars each, except :he first which shall be for such fractional p~r~ of $100. as may be then remaining due and un~ id. Sec. ~. That ~he E6~h of J~e 1918 is hereby fixed as the date for the issuance ef the bonds to be issued on account of said improvement. Sec. ~. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days from and after its p~ss~ge, app~val and publication.
