age ~hereof, and the reconstruction of ~he main combined storm and sanitary sew~r Nhich
is now in use betw~en the cen~er line of Sixth S~reet and ~he center line of Sixth S~ree
and the cen~e~ line of Sixth Street and the center line of ~our~h S~reet, and ~he alter-
ing and constructing of latteral sewers, and by paving with a one-course concrete pave-
ment, ~og~ther with ~y and all other work to finish the ~ob in a good and workmanlike
ma~ner, and to do such ~ther and further work in connection therewith as is necessary
to make such improvement a complete job, and levying and as essin~7 the ~mo~t thereof
against the parcels and lots of lands, and parts thereof between the termini and within
the boundry off such said street and other property, as shown on the said assessment roll
and providin'~ for the collection thereof, and fixing the date for the issuance of the bo
in payment thereof.

Sec. 1. That ~he assessment roll for ~ocal mprovement District No. 8V for the
improvement of Park A~enue commencin~ at the "ort~ margin of Fourth S~r~:et to a poin~
127.08 feet ~orth of ~he ~'orth margin of i~elson street, by clearing, gnubbing, grading
constructing curbs and gutters, providing for the drainage thereof, and the reconstructi
of the main combined storm and sanitary sewer which is n~w in use betwe..~ the center lin
of Fourth Street, and the altering and constructing of latteral sew~::rs, a~d by paving
with a one-course ~ncrete pavement, together with any and all other work to finish the
job in a good and workmanlike manner, and to do such other work to ffinish the job in a
good and wor~anlike manner, and to do such other and further work in connection therewi
as is necessary ~o make such improvemen~ a complete Job, all in accordance with plans an~
aoecifications prepared by the City Engineer of the 0ity of Bremer$on, on f~le in his
office and in the office off the City Clerk of ~he City of Bremerton, as provided by Ordi~
ance No. 613 be, and the same is, hereby approved.
Sec. 2. That each parcel and lo~ of land and par~ ~hereoff named in said Assessmen~
Roll is especially beneffiSted by said improvement and t['~a~ there be, and is, hereby asse~
ed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof, and o~her property contained
said Improvement District, as shown in said ~o11, the respective amounts in said Roll
,agains~ .... each said parcel or lot.of land, or oart~ thereof, and other prooert., y betw- een the
~term~n~ of sa~d ~mpro~ement abutting u~on, adjacent or proximate to said street, a~fl suc~
~amounts are hereby declared to be a first lien against each parcel or lot of land or
~par~ thereof, against which ~he same is assessed in said roll. '
Sec. 3. That flor ~he purpose of this said imorovement there is hereby created and
established a special fund to ~own and called "Local improvemen$ ~und, District No. 87,"
said bonds shall be is~ued in serial n~bers from One to ....... , both inclusive, or se
many thereof as may be necessary to provide for the uncollected portion of said special
assessmen~ due or owing in said disSric~, on aaid date, same to be in sums off One ~ndre~
[$1o~.00) Dollars each, except the last, which shall be f'or such fractional oars of One
Hundred J~100.00) Dollars as may be the remaining due and unpaid. -
Sec. 4. That the 15th day of February, ~. D. 1920, is hereby fixed for the issuance
and sale of the bonds to be issued on account of said im~3rovements.
Sec. 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effec~ from five (5 days after
~s passage, approval and publication.
