grading, constructing, altering or low~ring main and lateen'al sewers{ providing for dra
age, and constructing curbs and guUt rs,a:'id by paving w~ th a one-course o3norste pave-
ment, together with any and all other ~ork to finish, the Job in a good a~d ¥~arkmanliks
manner, ~nd to do such other and further ~ork in connection thsrs~ith as is necessary
$0 make such improvement a complete 0ob, and levyi~g and assessing the ~ount thereof
agalns$ the parcels and lots of lands, and par~s thereof, betu~en ~hs termini and
in the boundry of such said street and o~her property', as shown on the a~id assessment
roll, and providing for 5he collection thereof, and fixing the date for the is~ uance
the bonds in pa~ent thereof.

Sec. i. l~hat the ~_ssessment Roi1 for Local Improvement District i~o. 89, for the
provement of ~ourth S~reet from the ~:~est mar~in of 2acifio Avenue to the center line of
High Street; and Vsneta ~.venuo from tke north ma~in of Pourth street to the South margJ
of ~if~h Street, b$~ clearing, grubbi~g, grading, oons~ruo%~ing, altering o~' lowering
main and la~erai se~srs providing ~2'or drainas~e and constructing curbs and gutters, and
by paving ~i~h a one-course concrete pavement, to~ether ~ith any and ail o~her -~ork
finish the job in a gsod and ~vor~anlike ~nanner, and to do such other and further
in connection therewith as is necessary to make such improvement a complete job, all in
accordance ~ith plans and s~2eoification8 on file in 5he office of the City Clerk as
provided by Ordin~oe No. 6El, be, and the same is, hereby approved.
Sec, ~. i~hat each parcel and lot of land, andpart ~hereof, named in said Assessmen:

such ~ounts are hereb~~ declared to be a first lien against each parcel or tot of land,
or part thereof, against which the same is assessed in said ~o11.
Sec. ~. Tha~ ~or the purpose of this said improvement therei8 hereby created and
established a special fund to be kno%vn and called "Local Improvement ~d, District ~o.
89." Said bonds shall be issued in serial n~bers from 0~e to , both inclusive,
or so many thereof as ~nay bs necessar$~ ~o provide for the uncollected portion of said
special assess~nen$ due or o%ving in said district, on said date, sams to be in s~s
One H~,~ndrsd ($100.00) Dollars ~ach, except th~3 last, ~¥hlck shall be for su~3h fr~ctional
part of One Hundred ($1GO.C~O) Dollars as may be the remaining due and unpaid.
Sec. &. ~hat the 15th day of ~ebruary, A. D. 1920, is hereby fixed roi' the issuanc~
and sale of the bonds ~o be issued on accost of said improvements,
