THE CITY ,~f, 0UNCIL OF THE CiTY OF BREI'~ERTON DO ORDAIN AS
Sec. 1. There is hereby created a special fund to be kno~'~m and de~ignated as
"i,;[unicloal ,','barf Fund," into which special fund shall be diverted from the net pro~eeds
of ~he Munici~al ,:~har:: the sum of ~ive Hundred 15500.00) Dollars per month, together
with such o~her sums as the City Council may ~'rom ~ime to time direct, which sum shall

Sec. 2. The 0ity '~'re~,surer is hereby directed to set aside from the net p~'oceeds
of the Municipal ~'~harf into a special fund to 'be known as the "[~unici~al ',~Tharf Fund",

gether with such other sums ffrom such net proce :ds as ~he City Council may
time direct, and the City Treasurer is further directed to honor and pay from said

Sec. 5. The City Clerk is hereby direct'ed to issue warrants against said s!oecial
fund by order o£ the Oit;:,, Council.
Sec. 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days from and afteri
~dts passage, approval and publication.
