AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of an alley run~ing north and s~ uth in
Block & of the original town of Bremerton between ~th Street and 6th Street.
THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY 0F BRE~ERTON !];~0 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sec. 1. Tha~ the alley rRnning north and south in Block 4 of the original town
of Bremerton, 'between 4th Street and 6~h Street ~herein, be, and the same is hereby,
vacated.
Sec. 2. That the said alley described in Section I here~n be, and t~e same is
hereby, attached to ~he lots abutting said alley on each ~de thereof in equal propor-
tions.
Sec. ~. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days from and after
itm passage, approval and publication.
