AN ORDINANCE approving the as ~ssment roll for ~ocal improvement District No. 91
under Ordinance No. 650, providing for the improvement of Ralph Street from~ the cen-
ter li~e of Eliz.~beth Street to the center line of Warren Avenue, by clearing,
grubbing, constructing a combined storm and sanitary latteral sewer of necessary size
with inlets, catch basins and manholes, and providing for drainage and grading there-
of together with any and all other work to finish the Job in a good and workmanlike
manner and to do such other and further work in connection therewith as is necessary
to make such improvement a complete Job, and levying and assessing the amount thereof
against the parcels and lots of lands, and parts thereof, between the termini and
within the boundry of such said street and other ~roperty~ as shown on the said assess-
ment roll, and providing for the collection thereof, and fixing the date for ~he
issuance of the bonds in payment thereof.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRENERTON DO OEDAIN AS
Sec. 1. That the assessment roll for local Improvement No. 91 for ~he improvement
of Ralph Street from the c~nter line .of Elizabeth Street to the center line of ~arren
Avenue, by clearing, grubbiDg, constructing a combined storm and sanitary latteral
sewer of necessary size, with inlets, catch basins and manholes, and p~oviding for
drainage and grading thereof, together wi~h any and all other w~rk to finish '~he Job
in a good and workmanlike manner and to do such other and further work in connection~
therewith as is necessary to make such improvement a complete job, all in accordance
with the plans and speci:fications on file in the off'ice of the City Clerk as !~rovided
by by Ordinance No. 630, be, and the same is, hereby approved.
Sec. 2. That each parcel and ±ct of land and part ti~ereof named in said assess-
ment roll is especially benefitted by said improvement and that there be, and is, here-
by assessed against such parcel and lot of land and part thereof,,and other property
contained in said improvement district, as shown in ~aid roll, ~he respective ~ounts
in said roll set against each said parcel or lot ,of lan~, or part thereof~ and o~her
property between the termini of said improvement abutting upon, adjacent or proximate
to said street, and such amounts are hereby declared to be a first lien against each
parcel or lot of land, or part thereo£, against which the same is asse~sed in 'aid roll..
Sec. 3. That for the purpose off this said improvement there is hereby crea~ed
and est'ablished a special fund to be known and called "Local improvement Pund, Distric~
NO. 91," Said bonds ~_all be issued in serial numbers from One to both inclu-
sive, ,or so, many thereof as may be cecessart to pr)vide for the uncollected 9ortion of
said special assessment due or owing in said district, on said date, same to be in
sums ,of One Hundred l~100.~$) Dollars each, except the first, which shall be for such
fractional p~rt of 0~e Hundre~ ($100.00) Dollars as may 'be then remaining due and
unpaid.
Sec. 4. That the 15th day of January, A. D, 1920, is hereby fixed for the issu-
ance and sale of the bonds to be issued ,on account :of saidm improvements.
Sec, 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from five (5) days
after its passage, approval and publication.
