from the ?Jest ma:~'~'in of Chester ~venue to a ~point foyer hundred fifty ~450) feet
west of ~l~e west margin off Ve~eta .~venue, ]~i~'hth Street flmom the ~Vest m~.rgin of
Chester Avenue to the ~e~:~er line of ~igl~ Street, Che ter Avenue fro~ the north
