THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS ~OLLOWS:
See. 1. That Section Two of Ordinance No. 208 of the City of Bremerton, en-
titled wAn Ordinance providing for the apprehension, trial, treatment and control
of ~elinquent children under the age of Sixteen (161 years." Be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follos, to-wit:
"Sec. 2. It shall be th~ duty of the night marshall of the ~ity of Bremerten
to ring the bell of the City Hall ef said City or ~o cause one long blast of the
fire alarm of said City to be blown at the ho~r of 10:00 p. m. from April let to Oct
,ls~ and at 9;00 p. m. from October 1st to April les every night and every child
found doing any of ~he acts se~ forth in Section One of this Ordinance shall be
taken by the ~'olice Official of said City in~o his or ~heir custody and said Police
Official .shall, thereupon take such actioo~ as he shall deem fo~~ the best welfare of
such child or children."
Sec. 2. This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect from five (§) days
after its passage, approval and publication.
