THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREi~ERTON DO ORDAIN AS ~0LLOWS:
Sec. 1. That ~ection One of Ordinance No~ 414 entitled "An Ordinance establishing
fire district and~regulatinE the construction of buildings and parts ~m~mm of build-
ings therein and repealing ~ll ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with th~
ordinance." Be and the same is hereby revised and amended to read as follows, to-wit:
~"Sec. 1. All that portion of the City of Bremerton embraced within the following
described limits shall be known and described as the fire district, viz: Commencing
a~ the intersection of the East limits of the N~vy Yard and with the alley at the foot
of Pacific Avenue; th~nce North along ~he East limits Of ~he Navy Yard to the Nertheas
corner of the NaMy Yard; thence North along ~he line drawn parallel to and on~ hundred
twenty ~120) feet ~est of the ~est margin of Pacific Avenue to the intersection of sai
line with the center line at ~th Street; thence East along the center line of said
Street to the point ont hundred twenty (120) fee~ East of the East margin ol' Pacific
Avenue; thence ~outh along a l~ine drawn parallel to Pacific Avenue to the center 0f
the alley between 6th Street and 4th Street, one hundred ~wenty (120} feet East of the
margin o£ Pacific ~venue; thence East along the cen~er line of said alley to the cente
line o~ t?~e alley between Washington ~nd ~acific Avenue; thence Northeasterly along th
center line of said alley to a point of intersection of ~he c~ntinuation of a line bet
ween lots twenty-one (El) and twenty-two (22) of Block Six (6) of thg original Town of
Bremertmn Northwesterly to said point of intersection; thence Southeasterly along the
line between said lots twentyzone (El) and twenty-two (22) of Block Six (6)of the
Town of Bremerton of the Tewm/of Bremerton and between lots four ~4} and five (~) of
Block four ~4) of the Town of Bremerton to the center li~e of the alley between Wash-
ington Avenue and the water fro~t; thence South and Southwesterly along the center lin
said alley to the point of beginning."
Sec. E. This ordinance shall be in full for~e and effect from five (~) days after
its pms~age, a~prov~l and publication.
