AN ORDIi~tNCE a~)0roving the assessment roll for Local ~mprovement District No.F..~
9roviding for the improvement of Pacific Avenue, cor~m]encing at the South margin of
~ourth Street, thence North to the North Line of Fifth Street~ and the improvement of
l~ifth StresS, commencing at the East margin of Pacific Avenue, thence West to the
City limits, by grading and by paving full width with a One Course Concrete pavement,
and by construction of combined concrete curbs and gutters on each side of said
Street together with all clearin{~ and grubbiny necessary to fiaish the same in a
good and wor~manli~Je ~nanner and by tiring such other and further work in the connection
therewith as may be nece~sary to ma~e said improvement a complete Job, and levying amd
assessiag the amount thereof against the parcels and lots of lands, and parts thereof
between the termini and within the boundry of such said street aod other property,
as shown on the said assessmen~ roll, and ,roviding for the collection ~.hereof, and
fixin~ the date for the issuance of ~he bonds in payment thereof.

Section 1. That the assessment roll for local improvement District No. 8~, for the
improve~aent of Pacific ~venue commencing a~ the South margin of Pourth ~ - ,
