AN ORDINAN~E approving and adopting the :naps, plans and specificatianE for the
improvement of an alley located in Block Fourteen (14) of the original town of
Bremerton, and described as follows, to-wit: Co~nencinga t the west max'gin of
Pacific Avenue; ~thence west to the United States Goverr~nent Property.

Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer
and on file with the City Clerk, for tbs im.orovement of an alley loc~.~ted in Block
~ourteen Il4) of the original Town of Bremerton, a~:~d described as follows, to-wit:
Co~mnencing at the west margin of £acific Avenue; thence west to the United States
Government pro,_oertybe, and the same is, hereby af~proved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in ful]~ force and effect five (5) days from
and after its passa~'e, approval and publication.
