Section 1. T~at the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City engineer
and on file with the City Clerk, for ~he improvement of P ark Avenue from the north
margin o£ Fourth ~treet to the mes~der line at Port Nashington Narrows, be, and the
same are, hereby ap~oroved and ~dopted.
Section 2. This ordinance sl'~all be in full force and effect five (5) days from
and after its passage and public tion.
