AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of part of an alley in Slo0k Four (4j
of Central Addition to Sremerton, and repealing Ordinance ~o. ?03.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CON~v~ISSION OF !~fE CITY 0~ BR~ERTON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That that part of an alley in Olock Four (4~ of Central ~ddition
to ~remerton beginning aS the northeast corner of Lot ~our /4) in said BloCk Four
(4), of ~entral ~dditio~ to Or~nerton, running thence south 208 feet to the north
line of Ninth S~reet; thence east, along the north line of Ninth Street 14 feet,
thence north 208 feet; thence west 14 feet to the point of beginning be, and the
same is hereby vacated.
Sec~ion 2. That the said alley described in Section i herein be, and the
sa~m is hereby attached to the lots abutting said alley on each side thez'eof in
equal proportions.
Section 3. Tha~, Ordinance No. 703 be, and the same is hereby repealed.
' Section 4. This Ordinance shall 'be in fUll force and effect thirty (30)
days after l~s passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by theL Oity Commission and signed by the ~ayor and attested by the
Oity Clerk in ~uthentication of such passage this 10th day of January, ~. ~. 1923.
