NO. 10Z, under O~dinaace ~o. 7Z9, providing for the improvement oi' ~arren Avenue
from ~he intersection off Ninth Otreet north, to Por~ ~ashington Narrows, by
clearing, grubbing, grading a~ providih~_ for the draiaa~e and grading thereof,-
~oge~her with amy and a~ other work necessary to finish the job in a good and
workma~ike ~er ~d to do such o~er and f~her work in connection therewith
as ~o make such im?ro~emen~ a comolete job, a~ levying aa'~ ~.~eessin~ ~he amount
~hereof a~i~t the parcels and lots of land and parts thereof, betws~e~ the
termini and within ~he boundary of said s~ree~ and other property as shown on
said roll; and providing for the collection thereof and fixing a date for
issuance of the bonds in payment thereof.

Sec. 1. That ~he assessme~t roll for Local Improvemen~ District No. 103, for
~he improvment of 'Jarren ~venue from the intersection off Ninth Street i~ort~ to
Po~ ~ashin~ton l~arrows by clearing grubbing grad" ~

drainage and g~ading thereof, together wit~ a~y and all oth~r work neces~;ary
finish the job in a good and worth, like m~ner and to do such oth~r a:~d further
work in connection therewith as to ~ke such improvement a co~plete job, all in
accordance with the plus and specifications on file in the office of the City
Clerk, as provided by 0rdin~ce No. 7~9, be and the s~ne is hereby approved.
Sec. 2. That each parce~ and lot of land ~d part ~hereof named in said
assessment roll is especially benefi~ed by said improvement a~ that there be and
hereby is assessed agmins~ each parcel and lot of land and part ~hereof a~d
o~her property contorted in said improveme~t district, as shown in said roll,
~he respective amounts in said roll.
Sec. 3. Tha~ for the purpose of this acid improvement there is hereby created
and established a special fund to be known ~d called "Local Improvement ~und,
District No. 10Z'~, said bonds shall be issued ~ serial nmnbers from I to 183,
both incisive, o~: so ~ny ~hereof as may be necessary ~o provide four the uncoll-
ected portion of said special assessment due or owing in said district, on said
da~e, same ~o be in stuns of One itundred Dollars (~$100.00) each, except the first,
which shall be ffar such fractio~l part off 0~e Hu~dred Dollars ~100) as may be
~hen remaining due and unpaid.
Sec. 4. Tha~ the 25~h day of ltovem0er, ~. D. 1922, is hereby fixed for ~he

Sec. 5. This 0rdinance shall be in full force and effec~ from and after its
passage, approval ~d publication as provided by law.
