AN ORDIN~LNCE modifying the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 82 as filed, as to certain parcels and ~ieces of property therein described and confirming and approving each and every other assessment in said re-assemsment roll of Local I~provement ~istrict No. 6~. being the improvement of Warren Avenue from its intersectiou with Burwell Street to its intersection with ~inth Street; Ninth Street from Warren Avenue to Park avenue; Park Avenue from its intersection with Sixth Street to its intersection with Dye's Inlet, by laying therein a trunk sewer, and by doing such other a~d further work as was necessary to make a com- plete ~ob, in ~ooordanoe wi~h pl~n~ ~ad specifications on ~lle in the office of the city~,l.e~k and city engine~ezr~o~ said city, under the provisions of Ordinance No. ~nd~'Ordinance No.-~k~mi'effding the sa,ue, and Ordinance No. ?J0 and Ordin- ance No. 7~9 amending the s~me, and all other 0rdinauces relative thereto, and in accordance wi~h the Order of the court and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against the several lots, tracts or parcels of]and and other property as shown in the re-assessment roll, except ~as modified herein, and providing for the collection thereof and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flier herewith. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY 00~IS~0N 0P THE CITY OF BRE~RTON: Sec. 1. That the reassessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 62, for the improvement of Warren Avenue from its intersection with Burwell Street to its intersection with Ninth Street; Ninth Street from Warren Avenue to Park Avenue; Park Avenue from its intersection with Sixth Street to its intersection with Dye's Inlet, by laying therein a trunk sewer and by doing such ether and further work as found necessary in accordance with the plans prepared and on file in the office of the city clerk and the city engineer of the city of Bremerton, under ordinance No. ~2j and ordinance No. ~97 amendatory thereof, and ordinance No. ~J0 and Ordinance No. ~9 amendatory thereof and the general ordinance No. 805 and the order of the court having been filed with the city clerk and due notice having been filed and heard and every due consideration as to all ma~ters and things contained in said reassessment roll and said protests, it is found that the several parcels and pieces of property hereinafter described, be and the same are hereby declared to be benefited by reason of said improvement in the amounts herein set forth as of the date of said improvement, and no more, and tha~ said reassessment ~oll be modified and the assessment against each of the following property in said roll, described in said roll, be and the same is hereby fixed as follows: De sot ipt ion Asse Ssmen t  t ~, Tract 5 of Warren Smith Acre Trac~s $58.J4 rth half of Lot 2, Tra~c~ 5, ~arren Smith Acre Tracts 29.20 Lot 5, Tract 5, ~arren Omith Acre Tracts 54.~2 North 15 fee~ of Lot 4, ~raot 5, Warrem Smith acre Tracts. 6.9B East half of act ?, Tract 5, Warren Smith ~cre Tracts 50.75 East half of Lot 8, Tract 5, Warren Smith Acre Tracts ~0.~5 East half of Lot 8, Tramt 6, Warren Smith Acre Tracts J0.81 East half of Lot 9, Tract 6, Warre~ Smith Acre Tracts J0.81 East half of Lot 6, Tract 5, ~;~arren Smith Acre Trac~s and that each and every other assessment contained in said reassessment roll, And that said reassessment roll in each and every particular and as herein modified be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Sec. ~. That each of the lots, ~racts and parcels of land and other proper~y shown upon said reassessment roll in said enlarged districts is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said im~rovement in at least the amount charged against ~he same and th~t the said assessment at~pearing against the same is in pro- portion $o the several assessments appearing upon said roll and as herein modified, according to benefits, as of the d~te of said im[~rovement and the issuance of bonds i~ said district. There is hereby levied and assessed against every said lot tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said assessment roll, the amount f~inally charged agains~ the same thereon, except as herein modified and said amounts as appearing in said assessment roll and the amounts against the pieces and parcels of land as fixed herein, be and the same are hereby declared to be a lien against each and every of said pieces and parcels of prope~.$y according to law. Sec. ~. That t~e city treasurer of She city of Bre.mert~n, be and he is hereby directed to proceed with ~he o~llectton of several amounts in said reassessment roll as fixed therein and as herein modified and to pay the same into Local ment District ~und No. 62, and to pay therefrom the o~:standing bonds and obliga~'1 tions against said district, in the manner and form provided by law, and to the amount already paid on any of the property described in said roll, upon the reassessments le,zied in this reassessment roll. Sec. 4. All ~dinance and parts of 0rdinauces in conflict herewith a,re hereby repealed. Sec. 5. This Ordinance will be in full force and effect thirty days from and af'ter its passage, publication and ap,3roval, as provided by law. Passed by the ~ity commission, approved by the ~mayor and attested by the city clerk in authentication of such passage, this 3rd day of &ugust A. D. 1922.
