Sec~ion 2.~ That all ordinances a~ par~s ~ff ordinances in co.aflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
This Ordi2ance shall be in full f,srce and efffect 30 day's ffro~ a~d after its
passage, publication and ap~roval, as pr,~vided ~,y law.
