Section 1. ThaT; Ordinance No. 719 is hereby repealed.
~ection 2. An emergency exists and this Ordinance is necessary for the pro-
tectisn of the public safety and morals off the City of Bremerton. and s~'~all take
effect ~mmediately upon its passage and publication.
