AN' 0RDINA~ICE repealing Section 2 of Ordinance No. 67~4 entitled, 'An 0rd-
inance establishing a fire district and regulating the construction of build-
ings therein, and repealing Ordinance No. 414 and 0rd[-nance No. : : , and all
other ordinances and parts of ordinances in confflict herewith.'

Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 674 entitled, "An Ordinance
establishing a fire district and regulating the construction of buildings there-
in, and repealing Ordinance No. 414 e~ld Ordinance No.___.., and all others ordin-
ances and.parts of ordinances in conflict herewith" be and r~he same is hereby re-
pealed.
Section 2. An emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preSe~ration of ~;he public safety and welfare of the City of ~remercon
and shall take effect immediately on passage and publication.
