AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation on a strip ef land Five (~)
feet in width, along the South margin of Union Street, beginning at the south-
west corner ef Union Street and Park Avenue; thence West Two Hundred Thirty
and 50.100 ~230.§0j feet.
THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY 0F BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sec. 1. That certain strip of land described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Union Street
and Park Avenue, as it is now laid out; thence West along
the South margin of Union Street, a distance of Two Hundred
and Thirty and 50.100 (230.§0) feet; thence South Five feet;
thence East parallel to the South margin of said Union Street
two hundred thirty and ~0.100 ~230.§0) feet to the West margin
of Park Avenue; thence North following the said West margin
of Park Avenue ~ive ~) feet to the point of beginning, be
and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec. 2. That the land describe~ in Section One herein be and ~he
same is hereby attached to the lots abutting thereon.
