AN~ ORDINANCE amending Section One of Ordinance number 696 entitled:
"An Ordinance providing for the vacation of an alley
commencing at a point 100 feet west of the north west corner
of Park Avenue and Eighth Street; thence north to the south
margin of Union ~treet; thence west 14 feet along the south
margin of U~ion Street; thence south to the north margin of
Eighth Street; thenO~ east 14 feet to the place of beginning."
Correcting the deserip$ion thereof and repealing Section One of said Ordinance.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sec. 1. That Section One of Ordinance number $96 be amended to read as
follows:
That the alley commencing at a point 125 feet west of~e northwest corner
of Park Avenue and Eighth Street; thence north to the south margin of Union Street;
thence west lA feet along the south margin of Union Street;thence south Two Hundred
Seventy-seven feet [277 feet) to the north margin of Eighth Street$ thence east 14
feet to the place of beginning, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec. 2. That Section One of Ordinance Number 696 be, and the same is
hereby repealed.
Sec. J. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect Five f51 days
after its passage, approval and publication.
Passed by the City Council and approved by me this 8th day of
November, A. D. 1920.
