AN ORDINANCE amending Section l of Ordinance No. 298, entitled:
"~ 0rdin~om providing for the regulation of certain publio entertainments,
exhibitions and amusemenbs providing f~r the issuing of annual ltaense therefor
and providing penalties for the violation thereof," and providing and fixing
the lioe~e fees therefor, ~d repealing all ordinances and parSs of ordinances
in conflict therewith.

Seobion 1. Tha~ section i of Ordinance No. E98 be amended bo read
as follows:
"Section 1. Ib shall be ~lawful for any person, firm or corporation
within the limits of the Oiby of Bremerbon bo open, conduct, manage, mainbs~
or control any place of public amusement, enberbai.~enb or exhibition of the
o~racber herein specified, where a o~rge is made for admission therefor,
without first procuring a lice~e bo do so, to be kno~ as an "~nual ~use~ent
Licen~e".The fees for such license shall be as follows:
Theaters, Seventy-five Doll.s ($~5.~00) per year.
Theaters, suoh as vaudeville, variety, moving picture and combinations
thereof having oonbinuous performance, One H~dred and ~ifby Dollars ~$150.00)
per year.
Automatic Piobure. weighing,~ electric, lifting, striking, lung
Ses$ing and name plate machines, automatic devices for bhe sale cT goods,
and other au$oma~lo devices of like o~arao~er--
Where a deposit of ~ive Cents($.05) is require~ to operate the same,
Ten Dollars ($10.00) per year for each maohine.
Where a deposit of One Cent is required to operate the same, ~o
Dollars ($~.00) a year for each machine".
Section ~. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
her~9ith are hereby repe~led.
Section S. This ordina~ shall be in full foroe and effeob five
mdays from and after its passage, approval and publication.
