AN ORDINANCE repealing 0rdinan~e No. 649, and providing for the
abandonmen~ of ~,he improvement as provided in said ordinance:
THE CITY COUNCIL O~ THE CITY OF BREt~ERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sec.,1. THAT Ordinance No. 649 be, and the same is hereby
repealed.
Sec. 2. THAT the improvemen~ of Sixth Street, Seventh Street,
Eighth Street, Yeneta Avenue and Chester Avenue, in the manner and
form as provided for in Ordinance No. 649 shall be, and the same is
hereby abandoned,
Sec. 3. THIS ordinance shall be in full forge and effect five
days from and after its'passage, approval and publication.
