sewers providin~ for drainages ~hereoff and co~structi~g curvs and ffu~t~rs, and by

West to the E~st m~rgin o~ ~aci~ic .~venue, by clearing, grubbing, grading, constructing
altering or lowerin~ ~lain and lattera2 sewers, providi~;.g for drainage thereo,
c~nstructin~ curbs and ~;utters, a~ld by paving full width with a oz~e-cours~ ~,,onc?ete
pavement, together with a~y and all other work to ~'inish the job in a good and work-
manlike ma.;~ner, and to do such other and ~urther work in co;~nection therewith ~a
necessary to make such improvement a complete job, all in accordance with plans and
specii'icatio~ls on ;~'ile i~ ~he off,ice off the City Clerk, as provided by ~rdinance
656, be, and the same is hereby ap~rove~.

st which the same is assessed in said Roll.
Sec. ~3, Ti-[AT ~or the purpose of this said improv~sment there is h~rei~y created

No. 95," and bonds shazl be issued to pay or said improvement, interes~ and arinci:.al
