NOW E~FORE, BE IT 0~AI}~D BY ~ CITY COmmISSION OF EE CITY 0F
B~RTON:
Section 1. A'hat the City Treasurer, be, ~d he is hereby directed ~o pay
from ~he curren~ water fund of said City, ou~ of moneys no~ already approprianed,
the sum of Eigh~ Hundred Thirty-~lree and 1/3 ($833-1/3) Dollars, each and every
month into ~he current e~ense fund of said City. Provided, however, tha~ in ~
even~ ~he said current wa~er fund is no~ sufficient Do pay said ~ount each mon~
or in case of emergency ~he *a~er departmen~ is unable ~o meet said specified
amount, th~n ~he City Treasurer will pay f~om the said cu~'rent wa~er fund, from
moneys no~ ~ready appropriated, into Dhe current e~ense fund said sum of $833-
1/3, less such ~oun~ as shall be designated by Resolution of ~he City Co~issi~-
6r~.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be ~n full force and effect thirty (30)
days from and after l~s passage, approval and publication.
